10.00 (excellent) Awesome series, in my opinion. Character development is great and the weird eccentric characters are the best part about the series. I mean, which other baby gets to be a home tutor? ^^ The storyline is also good and its just getting more and more exciting.

It's only in the world of KHR that you have fighting babies wearing pacifiers, dying will flames, and a whole lot of extremely stylish Italian mafia :)

10.00 (excellent) This must be one of the most epic anime series ever: a delightful blend of action, intensity, art and even values. Not to mention the amazing plot and creativity. This is a wonderful recommendation for anyone doing their first foray into anime, the overall experience beats even other big names like Bleach or Naruto hands down. It probably is the same for all who've watched FMA: once you start, you can't stop :)

9.00 (very good) I usually watch Bleach online, and I'm keeping up to date with the anime. I also read the manga, and Kubo's art is amazing, as always.

I would say that Bleach has a pretty good storyline and character development not immediately obvious when you first watch/read it. Also, there are a whole lot of fillers in the anime, and a lot of them are boring ones which of course subtracts a lot of quality. If you can't keep up with the fillers I would suggest just watching the episodes with the main storyline.

But, I must also say that the latest Zanpakuto Rebellion filler arc is pretty awesome. That's one filler you cannot miss :)
